The Company has negotiated an exclusive worldwide license from DUCOM to all the intellectual property that applies to the diagnostic and therapeutic technologies developed by the Company’s founders which consists of Drs. Mark Stearns, Youji Hu, Min Wang and Mr. Michael Wassil.
